Kenneth L. Weston, 77, passed away Monday, Aug. 6, 2018, at MidMichigan Medical Center - West Branch.

He was born June 24, 1941, in Detroit to Harry and Clara (Pressel) Weston. Kenneth lived in Lupton since 1989, formerly of St. Clair Shores. Kenneth served in the U.S. Marine Corps. He was a union commercial carpenter in the St. Clair Shores area for many years. Kenneth was a member of the Trinity United Methodist Church in Rose City and the Eagles in Hale. He enjoyed hunting, bowling and spending time with his family.

Kenneth is survived by his wife, Vicki Lynn Weston of Lupton; sons, Troy K. (Mary) Weston, Randy (Tracy) Weston of Sheakleyville, Pa., and Rusty (Victoria Vincent) Weston of Long Lake; daughter, Nickole (Joe) Mayhew of Rose City; and grandchildren, Troy J. Weston, Callie Mayhew, Jodi Mayhew, Alex Ruggels, Rebeca Weston, Rodney Weston and Sydney Struza.

He was preceded in death by his parents; first wife, Carol Weston; and brother, Duane Weston.

The funeral service will be held at the Steuernol & McLaren Funeral Home in Rose City on Thursday, Aug. 9, 2018, at 1 p.m. with visitation beginning at 11 a.m. Burial with military honors will follow at Lane Heights Cemetery. Pastor Nathan Jeffords will officiate.
