Janeice A. Kaiser-Hotham, 74, passed away unexpectedly Tuesday, Jan. 9, 2018, at her home in West Branch.

She was born April 17, 1943, to Floyd and Vera (Perkins) Kaiser in Dearborn. Jan had lived in West Branch for most of her life. She enjoyed laughing with her family, singing karaoke, shopping and cross country skiing, and was a big Elvis fan.

Jan is survived by her sons, Dave (Kathryn) Hotham and Doug Hotham, both of West Branch; grandchildren, Jason, Justin, Stephen, Doug Jr., Becky, Shannon, Jamie, Andi, Jordan, Vincent, Jessica and Jasmine; 35 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren; and siblings, Elaine Hartwick of Topinabee, Sandy Meyers, Gary Kaiser and Wes Kaiser, all of West Branch, and Nancy Kaiser of Atlanta.

She was preceded in death by her parents; grandchildren, Nicole, Joseph and Theresa; daughter-in-law, Geraldine Hotham; sister-in-law, Claudia Kaiser; and brother-in-law, Monk Meyers.

Visitation at Steuernol & McLaren Funeral Home in West Branch will begin Saturday, Jan. 13, 2018, from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. The funeral service will be at the funeral home also Saturday, Jan. 13, at 1:30 p.m. Burial will follow at Selkirk Cemetery. Pastor Doug Kennedy will officiate.
