Aaron Albert Hilgendorf Jr., 63, of Prescott passed away unexpectedly Jan. 31, 2018, at his home.

Aaron was born Oct. 21, 1954, in Mount Clemens to the late Aaron Albert Hilgendorf and Ilene (Lawrence) Hilgendorf. In his earlier years, he worked for the Conrail railroad company and as a semi truck driver prior to retiring “Up North” where he lived for the last 25 years. He enjoyed fishing, hunting and spending time with his companion Erin “Viki” Losse and his sons and grandchildren, creating special memories with each of them.

Aaron is survived by his sons, Aaron (Lisa) Hilgendorf, Ronald Bishop Thompson and stepson Jason Femminineo; grandchildren, Victoria, Tyler, Ronnie, Jordan, Alexis, Ashlynn, Aaron and Dylan; brothers, Herman (Margaret) Hilgendorf and Richard (Gail) Hilgendorf; sister, Sharon (Don) Adcock; and special companion, Viki Losse, who brought a new aspect to his life over the last few years.

In addition to his parents, Aaron was preceded in death by brothers, Ronnie (Gloria) Hilgendorf and Donald (Crylla) Hilgendorf; and stepbrother, Bob (Joyce) Hilgendorf.

According to Aaron’s wishes, cremation has taken place. A celebration of life will be held at a later date and will be updated when available. Online condolences may be offered at www.bureshfuneralhomes.com.
