34th annual quilt walk attracts intimate crowd


Downtown West Branch was once again full of people from around the state for the 34th annual Quilt Walk, which raised funds for Hospice of Helping Hands. The event took place Oct. 4-6. Attendees purchased a $5 passport, which allowed them to visit 14 locations around town, including the West Branch District Library, Crafts Emporium, The Silver Lining and more. The West Branch Creative Arts Association and Rifle River Quilt Guild hosted the event, which ran from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
